- Credit card must be given to hold your reservation. Cancellation must be received seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
- For the health of all our guests, our B&B is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking may be done on the large front porch.
- Breakfast is served at 9 am in our Dining Room.
- We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs. If someone in your party has a requirement for this, please notify us in advance when reserving your room or upon your arrival so that we may do our best to accommodate those needs.
- Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If possible, please let us know if you will be arriving earlier that 3 pm or later than 6 pm.

**Policies on children**
Here at La Dee Marie, families with children are ALWAYS welcome. In order for all guests to have a pleasant experience, and for the safety of everyone, we ask families with minor children to please read and observe the following rules.
- Minor children must be under the supervision of an accompanying adult at all times
- If minor children are disruptive to other guests, we will speak with the parents. If minor children continue to be disruptive, you will be asked to leave.
- If minor children cause damage to any property due to non-supervision, parents will be held responsible for damage.
